Garica Cabin

Rental Agreements : 

• Deposit is required at time of reservation and is unrefundable.
• Payment accepted is check only.
• Renters must provide their own linens and towels.
• Renters must provide their own paper products.

 Q: Is there a place to dine-out?

A: Yes. There is a snack shop (hours vary), and a Pine Tree restaurant (during summer months only). 

Q: Is there a place to buy groceries nearby?
A: Yes. There is a small general store at the Hume Lake Camp which is about 1 minute away by car.

Q : How much parking is available?
A: There is room for 4-6 cars to park around the cabin.

Q: Do you have a VHS or DVD player at the cabin we can use?
A: Yes, we have 4 TVs with Satellite and a VHS/DVD player connected to the TV in the living room for your use.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: No.

Q: Do you allow smoking or candles?
A: No.

Q: Do you allow alcohol?
A: No.

Q: Is it OK for us to hire our own cleaning people from outside the people in our group for the "clean-up" routine prior to leaving?

A: No. You may use my cleaning person. There is a cleaning check off list provided for you to follow and cleaning supplies are also provided. It is a big cabin and takes more than a few people to do the job in a short amount of time.
