Rates

Weekly rates:

  • The cabin can be rented at $3200 per week + $250 Cleaning fee
  • $400  nonrefundable deposit required to hold dates
  • Balance due by April 1st for Summer Rental 
  • Weekly rental available all year long

Weekend rates:

  • The weekend rate is ($1450 Friday3:00pm /Sat/check out 12:00pmSunday ) with a
  •  $400 nonrefundable deposit required to hold dates
  • Weekend rental available all year long

 

 

 Cleaning Deposit:

  •    Cleaning check of $250 is required 
  •    Non refundable.

              Check-in: Guest may check IN 3pm and OUT at 10:00am

         No smoking, candles, alcohol, or pets are permitted.

  • Deposit is required at time of reservation and is non-refundable.
  • Payment accepted by Zelle
  • Renters must provide their own linens and paper products.

Guestrooms

 
Upper level bedroom/bathrooms:

  • The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and duel vanity sinks. It has a private deck. It also has a Flat Screen TV /WiFi / Direct TV And a gas fireplace.

  • The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and shares a full bathroom. And has a T.V. with satellite.
  • The third bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk bed with a large closet, and bed rail available to use. It shares a full bathroom.

Lower level bedroom/bathrooms:

  • The second master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and duel vanity sinks. It has a private deck with outside entry. It also has a T.V. with satellite. And a gas fireplace.

  • There is a powder room off the kitchen.
